Kink Ador (featuring ex-pat Hoosier Sharon Koltick Novikov) is returning to Indianapolis with a show at Radio Radio Saturday, May 17th.

And she’s bringing gifts.

We’ll choose five folks randomly from those who email mod @ indianapolismusic.net, and said folks will receive a free pass to the show, along with a T-shirt and copy of the band’s latest EP, “Get Lucky.”

Entries must be in by Tuesday, May 13th at noon.

IMN OnTrack: Win With Willard

IMN OnTrack takes a closer look at one track a local artist has put on the web for your perusal, and give you a little history behind the music as well. We’re timing this look to coincide with that artist’s performance in the coming week, but our real goal is to get local music on your computer or portable media player. Think of this like the musical equivalent of a food court sample.

It’s been a busy time for the folks in Win With Willard. They’re mastering their new album, and their strong pop songwriting skills and live performances took them to the Battle At Birdy’s last week. As if that weren’t enough, they’re fomenting an uprising as you read this. Check out Win With Willard at Radio Radio Saturday, December 15th, along with The Elms, as part of the Indy Uprising Christmas Party.

To get your mind right, listed to the track “Sympathy” from their MySpace page. The song features keyboard work from fellow Hoosier and Island Records artist Jon McLaughlin.
